I have been asked — more than once — what I mean when I say my dollies carry a cosmic lineage. What I mean when I say I draw from the Arcturians and the Galactic Alliance.

I will try to put into words what is, at its heart, a feeling before it is a fact.

What Are the Arcturians?

The Arcturians are a highly evolved collective of beings associated with the star Arcturus — one of the brightest in our night sky, approximately 37 light years from Earth. They are understood in many spiritual traditions as guides, healers, and teachers who work across dimensions to support the awakening of consciousness on this planet.

They do not come to do the work for us.

They come to remind us that we already carry the capacity for what we are being called toward. They are, in essence, mirrors of our own highest possibility — reflecting back to us what we have forgotten we are.

I have worked with their energy for many years. What I can tell you is this: their presence feels like clarity. Like a deep, quiet knowing that hums beneath thought. Like the moment before a word arrives — when the truth is already there, waiting to be spoken.

How This Lineage Moves Through the Dollies

When I sit down to begin a dollie, I do not begin with thread.

I begin in stillness.

I enter the field of the person the dollie is being made for — or, for the shop dollies, I enter the field of whoever she is meant to find. I listen. I wait. I feel into the frequency of what wants to come through.

They are not separate from us. They are, in many traditions, *part of our lineage* — ancestors of a kind, woven into the DNA of those who came to this planet carrying a mission of awakening.
